makanan n minuman nie yang saya alwiz amalkan insyaAllah...

minuman 1. milo
2. horlick
3. barli
4. longan
5. susu dutchlady (Strawberry, chocolate, fresh milk and etc...)
6. Susu Anmum...
7. Energizing Soy Protien (Shaklee's product)
8. Soya
9. minum sebanyak air masak (at least 3 litre per day)

Makanan
1. makanan yg mempunyai sumber protien yg tinggi (ayam, telur,..etc)
2. lobak putih
3. peria
4. oats (nestum, quaker oat)
5. supplement (as me use shaklee's product SET B)
6. kobis
7. jantung pisang (wat ulam)
8. Fenugerik, pil ASI, Organic Tea (ikut kesesuaian individu)
